These terms govern your use of the pigo.ink website ("the Site"), operated by Natal Kaplia under the studio name Pigo ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

- Access the Site through automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts it.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or breach the Site's security, or access areas not intended for public use.
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through any form on the Site.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, logos, the Pigo and Orizuru marks, images, video, and code — is owned by Pigo / Natal Kaplia or used with permission, unless otherwise marked. Press and creator assets are made available under the separate terms stated on our Creator Policy page. Aside from those, you may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services (e.g. Google Play, social platforms). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pigo / Natal Kaplia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts of Georgia.
