Delete your Orizuru account and data
Orizuru is developed by Natal Kaplia (Pigo). This page explains how to request deletion of your Orizuru account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account." If you signed into Orizuru, send the request from — or include — the Google account you used, so we can locate your data. We'll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted
On request we delete, within 30 days:
- Account identifier and email (your Google account ID and email address held in our backend via Firebase Authentication).
- Cloud-saved game data — level progress, in-game currency balances (cranes, crystals), your collection, settings, and hint usage.
- Support correspondence, on request.
What data is kept, and for how long
- Purchase / transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Under the Tax Code of Georgia the tax-assessment limitation period is 3 years (extended to 6 years where over 25% of income is omitted; unlimited for fraud or non-filing), so we retain these records for up to 6 years to cover that period and accounting-record requirements, after which they are deleted. The payments themselves are processed and stored by Google Play.
- No other data is retained after an account-deletion request is completed.
Deleting specific data without deleting your account
You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing your whole account — email [email protected] describing what you'd like removed, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
If you never signed in
If you played without signing in, your data is stored only on your device — uninstalling the app deletes it immediately, and there's no account on our side to remove.
